Rules

Sweepstakes entry constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

(1) No purchase necessary: any purchase or participation at www.paythefan.com will not improve your chances of winning.

(2) Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Residents of Maryland, Montana, Iowa, Louisiana or Vermont or the Province of Quebec are not eligible to enter. Employees of Paythefan.com, employees of CHSG Partners, LLC, associated agencies, representatives, licensees or agents, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Taxes are the responsibility of winners.

(3) Sweepstakes period: Begins at Midnight EST on July 1, 2008 and ends at Midnight EST on September 15, 2008. Entries received during the Sweepstakes period will be automatically entered into a random drawing, to be held on September 18, 2008 at 9 am eastern. Winner will be announced on September 19, 2008 at www.paythefan.com.

(4) Prize: One winner will be selected in a random drawing to receive a 500 Watt motorized, electric Pay the Fan Cruisin Cooler, valued at $499.00. No substitutions will be offered. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.

(5) Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image for purposes of advertising. The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Pay the Fan’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

(6) Alternative means of entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a postcard with your name, state of residence, and e-mail address to: Pay the Fan Cruisin Cooler Sweepstakes Entries, CHSG Partners, LLC, 12359 Wedgwood Dr., Homer Glen, IL. 60491. Postcard entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the random drawing, Entrants may not submit more than one entry.

To obtain notification of these rules or sweepstakes winner via mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pay the Fan Cruisin Cooler Sweepstakes Rules/Winner Request, CHSG Partners, LLC, 12359 Wedgwood Dr., Homer Glen, IL. 60491. Requests must be received no later than three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners and entrants agree that CHSG Partners, LLC, Paythefan.com, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be held responsible and will have no liability for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to: any injury or damage to person or property incurred while attending events related to the sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; any injury or damage to entrant’s or third person’s property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. Winner agrees to operate and maintain Cruisin Cooler in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
