Who is eligible?

Registered Users of the Site.

When does the PaytheFan.com Referral Program run?

It is ongoing and may be terminated at any time in the sole discretion of PTF.

How does the PaytheFan.com Referral Program work?

Every time a Registered User buys or refers 5 teams to play in any of the Games offered at the Site, the Registered User receives 1 free team. A user will receive 1 free team for any combination of buying 5 teams or referring 5 teams (e.g., buy 2 teams, get 3 friends to join). This is an unlimited offer.

In order to earn credit for any referral, the Registered User must (1) obtain a referral code ("Referral Code") and (2) the Registered User and any of its friends or other users of the Site must include the Referral Code when purchasing any additional teams to participate in the Games. A Registered User can obtain a Referral Code by clicking on the "Start Earning Free Entries" button on their dashboard, entering their e-mail address into the first box and sending an e-mail to themselves. The Referral Code will be included in the e-mail that is delivered by PTF to the Registered User.

PTF will continually update each Registered User's dashboard to track the number of team applications submitted with its unique Referral Code.

Who is eligible?

Registered Users of the Site that sign up for the 2010 "Full-Season Series" racing contest or the 2010 "Weekly Shootout" racing contest.

Capitalized terms used in these terms and conditions that are not defined above have the meaning attributed to them in the Terms and Conditions of Use. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall control.
